Important Information

• Guests must be aged 18 or over.

• Residents may use BSpa facilities for 3 hours during their stay.

• Spa treatments, access times, and dining reservations are subject to availability and should be booked directly with the hotel as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

• *Comfort Zone Facial options: Active Pureness, Remedy, or Hydraglow.

• Only one massage treatment can be selected per guest (e.g. you may not book both the Comfort Zone Body Active Massage and the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage).

• Additional spa treatments are available at an extra charge, subject to availability.

• Cancellation policy: Full payment is taken 72 hours before arrival. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
