Insurance, covers and waivers

• Theft Protection (TP): If the car is stolen, you’ll only pay up to the excess.

• Third-Party Liability (TPL): Covers damage and injury to others, but not the rental car or driver.

• Damage Administration Fee: Charged by the rental company if the vehicle is damaged.

Not included: loss/damage to keys, aerials, jack, safety equipment, wipers, petrol cap, luggage covers, or other fixed/mobile parts.

Deposits, excess and cover

• Damage excess: €3,750 (maximum you’d pay if the car is damaged, incl. tax, provided terms are met)

• Theft excess: €3,750 (maximum you’d pay if the car is stolen, incl. tax, provided terms are met)

• Unlimited free kilometres included.

• Changing your rental length may change mileage allowance and pricing.

Fuel policy

Full to Full

• The fuel tank will be full at pick-up.

• Replace the fuel you’ve used before drop-off to avoid charges.

• Missing fuel will incur refuelling charges plus a €36.90 non-refundable service fee.

• Proof of return travel (boarding pass, train or ferry ticket).

Arrival details

• Flight number must be provided at least 3 days before pick-up.

• If not provided and your flight is delayed, the rental company cannot guarantee your car will be held.

Our refund policy

• More than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund.

• Less than 48 hours before, or at the counter: Refund minus 3 days’ rental cost (no refund if booking was 3 days or less).

• After rental start time / no-show: No refund.

Refunds processed within 3 working days (subject to bank processing).
